François For Innes, a Politician from Words to Deeds
There are many ways to develop electric vehicles infrastructure. One of them is to demystify the transportation electrification within municipal politics. In the last months, I have contacted city of Ottawa elected councilors and also candidates for October 27, 2014 elections.
On many occasions, I have met François Trépanier, candidate for Ottawa’s Ward 2 – Innes, covering the regions of Blackburn Hamlet and west part of Orléans. From the first meeting, François has committed into TimeToElectrify’s project to add more than 200 electric vehicle charging stations in the next 4 years all over the city of Ottawa. He published his commitment on his web site.
From words to deeds ! Impressed by the electric vehicles’ advantages on the aspects of environment, efficiency and financial, François Trépanier et his wife purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Volt as they met Myers Orléans Chev-Buick-GMC‘s owner for his election campaign !
François Trépanier is the type of politician who walks the talk !
I like this candidates attitude.
Well done!
If you’ve got more like him in Ottawa, send them out to Winnipeg so I can get them elected here.
looking great. Not sure if the kid is old enough to drive 🙂
Best of luck in the campaign.
